One of the first lodges, built around 1944, is situated on the site of a much earlier building's foundation, dated 1907. It was designed as a summer house by Lee Baty, Nell's nephew-in-law, who would spend entire summers with Nell at the Ranch. It was named after Kate, Nell's niece and Lee Baty. This lodge is full sized and sleeps thirteen, with full amenities. Located near the center of the property, it looks over Shamrock Lake, and is a very short walk to the shared sandy beach.
Lodges require a minimum 3-night stay, and cabins require a minimum 2-night stay. Booking is available up to 6 months in advance. 25% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
