Pet Damage: Prevention is better than a damage charge. Our critters can surprise us, please let us know about any issues.
Every time someone you referred as a first-time guest stays at the Ranch, you’ll earn a credit equal to 20% of the first rental fee they paid. You may apply this to future regularly priced rentals however you wish. We just ask that you use it up within 18 months of issuance.
If you rent at least 4 times under the same name within one 12-month rental season (April to March), you’ll earn a credit equal to 20% of the fees you’ve paid for those rentals. You may apply this to future regularly priced rentals however you wish. We just ask that you use it up within 18 months of issuance.
We are dog friendly.
Dogs must be well-behaved and house trained. Be aware that cleaning fees may be assessed if there is excess hair or other heavy cleaning issues beyond normal cleaning.
We have dogs so we know the poor things can become anxious or behave unexpectedly in unfamiliar environs without the supervision of their people. So please do not leave your fur babies loose inside the lodgings while you are off having fun in the outdoors, please use a crate. Some lodges have outdoor enclosures for your pet to get fresh air while you are out and about. There also is a kennel at the Maintenance Shop, available by request.
Very Important! If you have a small dog under 20 pounds, please do not let them out off-leash during early dawn or dusk hours for their safety! Both coyote and eagles are a danger to small animals. Eagles hunt throughout the day light hours as well so please, please keep your pup close. We fortunately have never had an issue with a guests pet being bitten, but we have no control of the wild life. Porcupine and skunk also can cause you pet distress or a vet visit.
